I gladly accept returns and exchanges as long time the items are unopened, not tried on and they are in their own unopened original packaging.
Contact me within: 10 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery

Please, keep in your mind that the following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged by the shipping process, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons): Socks, shoes;
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned unopened in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
